This policy explains how Stradium LLC handles information on this website. It covers this marketing website only. It does not cover Stradium's services for auto repair shops, or information handled when a shop uses them.
Who we are
This website is run by Stradium LLC, a company registered in Wyoming. You can reach us at admin@stradium.ai.
Information you choose to send us
This website has no accounts or sign-in. You can send us information through it in two ways: the demo request form, or email.
Demo requests
When you request a demo, we collect your name, email address and shop name, plus any service preferences or message you choose to provide. We use this information only to respond to your request and to arrange and give a demo.
Your request is sent by email to our business mailbox, where it is read by the member of our team who handles demo requests. Service providers that support our website, email delivery and spam prevention may process your submission and technical information needed to operate these services. Temporary records used to limit repeated submissions expire automatically 15 minutes after the first submission they count.
Selecting an illustrative business on the homepage stays within your browser and is not included in your demo request.

You can also email us at admin@stradium.ai instead of using the form. We receive what you write, along with what any email carries, such as your email address, the name your email account shows, and the time it was sent. Your own email provider also handles the message on its way to us, under its own terms.
How we use your request
We use what you send, through the form or by email, only to reply to you, to arrange and give a demo if you asked for one, and to answer your questions about Stradium. We do not add it to a customer relationship management (CRM) system or to a marketing or mailing list.
How long we keep it
Demo requests and emails are kept in our business mailbox. If you do not become a customer, we delete them from the mailbox 12 months after our last conversation with you. Service providers that handle a request on its way to us may keep their own records of it under their own terms.
Cookies, storage and tracking
This website does not set cookies and does not save anything in your browser's storage. It has no analytics, advertising or social media tools, and we have not turned on visitor statistics, including those offered by our hosting provider.
Everything the pages load, including the fonts, comes from this website's own address. The pages do not request anything from other websites.
Website logs
Each visit sends our hosting provider the technical information that any website request carries, such as your IP address, your browser type, the page requested and the time. The hosting provider uses it to deliver the website and may keep records of these requests under its own terms. When you send a demo request, our own log entry for it records only technical details about whether it was sent, never your name, email address, shop name or message.
